Which model is used?

The selector below the search box controls the model used by this browser.

• Gemini Nano · on-device: Used when Chrome’s built-in Prompt API is available and its local model is ready. If Chrome needs to download the model first, the site asks before starting that one-time download.
• Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite · cloud: The fastest, lowest-cost option and the default everywhere.
• Gemini 3.6 Flash · cloud: A smarter option for harder-to-interpret requests, with higher latency and cost.

Nano failures fall back to Flash-Lite so an on-device failure cannot break search. The cloud endpoint accepts only the two model IDs shown above. See Chrome’s Prompt API documentation and Google’s model documentation.

Analytics stored

None at the application level.

There is no analytics SDK, advertising tracker, account system, cookie, local-storage identifier, query history, or analytics event collection in this site.

Cloudflare delivers the site and may process ordinary connection and security metadata under its own service practices. The abuse limiter passes the requesting IP address to Cloudflare’s native one-minute rate limiter. unfuckgoogl does not write that address or the query to an application database. What happens to a query?

• With Nano, conversion runs locally in Chrome. The query does not leave the device for AI conversion.
• With either cloud model, the query is sent to this site’s Cloudflare Function and then to the Gemini API. Requests set store: false, so no Gemini conversation is requested or resumed by this application.
• When you search, the converted query is sent to Google Search. Google’s policies apply from that point onward.

What this site stores

No query bodies, generated queries, accounts, profiles, or search histories are stored by the application. The current implementation has no application database. The selected model is remembered in this browser as a local preference; it is not an identifier and is not sent anywhere except as part of a generation request.
